As a Technology Enthusiast  i read close to 20 + blogs to keep my Updated with the Latest Trends.

Ideally its not possible for us to read all our favorite Websites/ Blog daily.

News aggregators are the more easiest way to stay in touch with the latest Trends. News Aggregators grabs the feeds from your favorite websites and dumbs in a single page Awesomely, they act as your custom homepage

Out of all the News Aggregator services i generally bank on Popurls to get the Trending News in a jiffy. You have an option to customize your homepage in Popurls based on your field of Interest.

Everyday morning i spend about 30 mins in popurls to understand whats happening around the world of technology. There are close to 15 Categories that you may use, based on your interest (Design/ Business/ Technology/ Politics/Lifestyle …)

Popurls:

It took me 2 Hours to clean my Twitter Account. Yes, My Twitter page was a Mess till date and not any more.

During my Initial days with Twitter, i used to follow everybody who followed me and most of them were  irrelevant to my Area of Interest (Few were real Spam Accounts too). I always consider Twitter to be the most effective and instant Knowledge Sharing  Tool. At one Point i felt there was no learning Through Twitter, my page was crowded with irrelevant Tweets.

To organize my Twitter i was in search of an Unfollow Twitter  service, finally Landed up in Twitter Karma.

Twitter Karma is a Third Party Twitter Application that helps you unfollow people at one shot in Twitter, those who are not active/Not of your interest/ Spam Twitter Accounts.

Twitter Karma is a simple tool that does justice to what it claims. Now Turn your Twitter Page to Knowledge Hub with Twitter Karma.

When you watch a Foreign movie at home, subtitles have become a mandate. Normally we bank on Google to download Subtitles and it takes us to number of sites  before we land on the right ones.

Subs.to is a service that offeres the subtitles for most the foreign language movies at one place. Subs.to supports more than 50+ foreign language movies.

This may not be a great service, but this will definitely make your task easy of downloading subtitles.

How to add subtitles to the movies?

Just place the downloaded subtitle file in the movie folder as given in the below picture, the Media player will take of the synchronizing part.

100 days after the Launch of iPad, Apple had made a Remarkable close to 4 million iPad Sales and in the next few days apple Launched its iPhone 4 and brags it to be the till date most successful from Apple.

Now most of the Players wanted to Try their Hands ( and get dirty) in the Tablet PC Market (Ya, you guessed it right, Microsoft had already deployed its Tablet PC Team action)

Now with so many Developments happening around the world of Technology, what is India  up to ?

Wazzup India ? Do we have any big news to make.  Yeah

Generally India Makers/ Players Take quite a lot of time to get itself in to the Communication / Technology Trend and more time to Launch the Product. India took a more than decade to launch its Home made mobile phone.

Does this trend, still prevails ?

No, India is making Historical moves in the field of Technology and Communication, 4 of the major developments that is hot and happening in India are listed in the field of Communication.

First Indian Web Browser Epic : by Bangalore based Hidden Reflex technologies, The browser allows the user to type in 12 different languages and 1500 + Customized themes and several useful plug-ins to top it all with an Inbuilt Anti virus and Anti spy ware and built on Mozilla.

Notion Ink: Started by 6 IITian’s in Hyderabad as Notion Ink, now has an iPad killer in hand by name ADAM. Adam is twice effective and cheaper(1/2th of the Price – $ 300) than iPad and with iPad arriving shortly to India, Reliance Industries found ADAM to be more promising and now they are interested in Investing in ADAM to make it a real killer.

Infibeam Phi: Another Tablet PC maker from India. Six months back, Infibeam created news with their Pi – eBook reader for INR 9999 and Now, The Pre Booking for Infi Beam Phi – Table PC is creating sensation among the Gadget Freaks.

Indian Government Tablet PC:
100,000 rupee ($2,127) compact Nano car, the 749 rupees ($16) water purifier and the $2,000 open-heart surgery. India had made news for its Innovation in terms of affordability.

Now Indian Government had released the Proto-Type of the Tablet PC that it is intending to manufacture for an all time low price of $ 35 and gradually bring the price to $10. This Might sound both Interesting and Unbelievable,  But Human resource development minister of the nation, Kapil Sibal had already ,made it official to the press. The device was  codeveloped by 5 IITS and IISC, bangalore. The device will run on Linux OS and with 2 GB Memory, Yes there is no Hard disk.

Flickr is the Web’s best resource for images/Photos of all categories. Though Flickr is awesome in terms of functionality i am not that comfortable with Flickr’s Interface, they are little clumsy and crowded (In fact most of the Photo sharing Sites have the same problem)

Most of the time i use flickr to download images, since i am not that comfortable with Flickr in terms of Interface i use BULKR to download images from Flickr.

What is that BULKR provides unique in terms of Functionality and Interface?

BULKR is a Desktop Application available both for Windows/Mac OS, BULKR has a Clean and simple interface and it allows you to download 200 images at one shot. Yes, you read it right 200 image at one shot.

Just type the category of images that you are looking, BULKR will get you a large list of images and  select the images of your choice. Click Download and relax for a while, all your favorite images are in your desktop.

BULKR does have multiple features to categorize your search option and you can also get connected to your Flickr account, Back up images, form groups and Friends. To Summarize Bulkr allows you to do all major activities that you had been doing in Flickr but with a new experience.
