17 leading software practitioners across the world meet in Utah during 2001, to develop a Lightweight development methodology that could strategically replace the exciting time consuming methodologies.

Agile works effectively, considering the “Speed to the Market” aspect, without compromising on the Quality. It has been Ten whole Years. A Decade had passed Agile Adoption is rapidly growing across the globe. Agile is a Philosophy, that carriers effective Values with it.

5 Life Lessons to Learn From Agile Philosophy

Coming together is to Win: Agile emphasizes on Collaborative work and Seamless Integration between all stake holders. Unlike Traditional Methodologies, Agile Team members work on a single location that facilitates effective communication between the stake holders.

Communication works for those who work at it: Most of the Project Issues are due to the stammered communication pattern. Different people have different opinion but everybody in the team should travel towards on specific goal. Agile team members break the “Them and US” tension between the developers and testers and instead they focus on the journey towards a unified Vision.

A fool with a tool is still a fool: In a Typical Project Environment, more time is wasted over Documentation & Process Detailing. Agile philosophy prefers People over Process, Investing more time on people can yield more quality results. Ultimately its human brains who envision products and ideas, no technology or process can replace our thought process.

Develop a Passion towards Change: Agile Team members should be passionate about change. Agile Projects are delivered in incremental releases with multiple iterations; the team must focus on the working software irrespective of multiple iterations and change in requirements from the customer. Which one do you prefer, “A 100 Page working manual or Working Software?”

Knowledge is Power: Agile Team member must charged with a sound domain and product knowledge and they are expected to play the role of a redeemer during adverse situations. Only a focused and stuffed mind can contribute and adapt to the Dynamic Agile environment.

Ideas are born and dead in no matter of time, if it is not implemented with a passion. Seth Godin says a good idea spreads faster than a virus. And it’s contagious for good.

Everything in life follows a pattern when its evolves. We call it “Life Cycle”. Electric Light was not invented on the same day of idea generation, it took years and some 1000 failure attempts for human to materialize the concept in to a physical state.

Gamestorming a creative gamming organization had defined the “Life Cycle of Invention”

The best collection of music is very precious and close to heart. How do you preserve them ?

Project Teams work at different Locations and they need to be connected to have a better workflow.

When a Team of 30 Members work at 3 Different Locations across the Globe Europe, America and Asia. Apart for from your  Official eMail (Which will have Storage Limitations) We need a Project Management Tools that brings everybody in a Single Page.

I have tried and played around with different project management  tools and found Rule.fm to be the best.

What does this tools do in special

“Yet Another Hierarchical Officious Oracle” this is what YAHOO Stands for. Yahoo is a perfect case study for the fall of an empire. I still could recollect having my first email id with Yahoo and my first chat with an unknown American with Yahoo Chat.

Yahoo had this laid back attitude and it had always growth inorganically. Here is a Infographics by Scores on “The Brutal Decline of Yahoo”
